CERTIFIED DIVERSITY CONSULTANT CLASSES
This is a class for people who want to learn more about diversity than their own demographic and who want to take that education into their organizations to make them more equitable. This class includes chapters on the EEO laws, both in the US and around the world. I teach how to measure the impact of diversity and inclusion education, as well as how to recruit and retain diverse talent.
The entire class is based in how to become anti-racist, but also about empowering women, those with disabilities, veterans, immigrant groups, Queer folks, and others. It deals with religion and different belief systems, as well as the challenge of generational intelligence. It is meant to empower those with the passion to make a difference in their organizations, to push for equity in policy, hiring, onboarding!!
